Our

HR Internship Program

Students who registered for an Internship Program in ALPHA ACADEMY works in our Human Resource (HR) Department. Our Internshsip program fulfil many roles in the HR Department and work under directly under the supervision of a Manager. . The Entire Roles and Responsibilities are taught by our HR Department.

An HR Intern’s duties may include posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and assisting with salary negotiaton.

Any degree holders can apply our HR Internship program. This program is mainly suitable for final year of students and recent Graduates to build their Resume.

Our program also provides monthly credit or Stipend based on the student’s performance.

Working as a HR Intern is a good step to obtaining a full-time position as an HR Representative, Recruiter, Training, Development Specialist, or a related position.
